What we offer
Imaging
We provide sample imaging of any sample that is stable in a vacuum. If your sample is non-conductive it will be lightly sputter coated with gold. Imaging zoom ranges from 160x - 105,000x.
High Resolution Imaging
Need higher resolution or more area to analyze? We offer high resolution: 50-200+ megapixels. Perfect for high-zoom analysis or for posters.
3D Roughness Analysis
We provide 3D roughness information about any part of the sample surface. This includes a report with average roughness of the sample surface along with roughness measurements of up to five different custom paths.

EDS/EDX Elemental Composition Analysis
We provide elemental analysis on any part of the sample surface. This includes a report with the elemental percentage breakdown along with an elemental spectrum reading. Optional additional charge to EDS color map a region of the sample.

Sample Prep Instructions
Please ensure you follow these instructions before sending in a sample:
Indicate where on the sample you want imaged
Indicate whether you would like the sample returned
For standard and high resolution image packages indicate whether BSE detector or TOPO detector are preferred
For EDS analysis indicate what colors you wish to map to each element
